I went in thinking I wanted 1 cc for my lips, but the consultant said my lips needed 2 cc, so I decided to go with that. After the injection I looked in the mirror and was shocked because my lips had gotten so much bigger. They looked greasy and made me look older. I really hope it is just swelling. And during the procedure, the doctor kept speaking casually to me. He kept saying things like, “Hold this for me,” and “Wait,” so I naturally thought he was talking to the nurse. He also spoke in a dialect and trailed off at the end of his sentences, so I had a hard time understanding him. I had not planned on getting botox for my square jaw, but the manager said I should get it, so I did. I said I was worried it might make my cheeks look sunken, and he said I would not be that kind of case. But I remembered later that when I had my cheekbone surgery before, the doctor told me I had little cheek fat, so I should not get square-jaw botox. I only remembered that after I got home. T_T
