It's already been almost a month since I had arm liposuction! I've been stretching consistently every day, so a lot of the swelling has gone down now, and my arm circumference is 26 cm. The circumference doesn't seem to have changed, but visually I feel like the line looks prettier. Strangely, I didn't control my diet or exercise, but I lost about another 1.5 kg, and I'm currently around 48 kg. The scars have also faded a lot, and now I'm freely wearing the tight-fitting clothes I wanted to wear! I highly recommend arm liposuction to anyone considering it!!
