I had alar reduction, but sometimes when I smile or when my face feels tense, my nose stings so badly. It improved the appearance from my wide, blunt nose, so aesthetically I am satisfied, but it hurts unexpectedly and makes me wonder if this is a side effect. Also, the scar on the left nostril is less noticeable, but the scar on the right nostril is a bit severe.
