I have silicone in the bridge, and the tip was extended with septal cartilage, with ear cartilage placed on top. The tip is red too, and the cartilage visibility has become noticeably worse over the past month.
If I remove everything, then reposition the cartilage, build columellar support with ear cartilage, and if there is any step-off, use minced ear cartilage, would there really be no lifelong risk of side effects? For example, something like cartilage visibility?
