I had nose surgery once 10 years ago, but after the surgery my nose actually became more crooked, and not long after that the tip dropped and I also didn’t like the line, so I got revision rhinoplasty. I originally wanted a dramatic nose, so this time I asked them to make it as dramatic as possible, and I’m so satisfied. It really feels like the rib cartilage is strong! The line is clean and slim without any bumps, and from the front the crookedness is completely gone, which makes me so happy. The shape also came out as the dramatic straight-but-slightly-raised line I wanted, so I’m satisfied. It’s day 4 with the splint on, and even the swelling and bruising are less than after my first surgery. I was upset when my first surgery failed, but this time it really feels like a success, so I feel relieved,,
