Nose Surgery Reviews

I already liked my autologous rib rhinoplasty before the splint came off lol

My nasal bridge was originally quite low, and from the front my nose gave a slightly upturned, piggy-nose impression. Because my nose was low, my mouth also looked a bit more prominent by comparison, which stressed me out a lot. Once I started thinking seriously about nose surgery and decided on it, what I wanted was: correction of a bulbous nose, lowering of the upturned nose, and improvement of the nasolabial angle, so if possible I also wanted it to ease the look of protruding lips. I looked for a line that would fall naturally and beautifully from the side. Then I ended up getting autologous rib rhinoplasty at [Clinic B], which matched my aesthetic sense most closely. I first dissolved the nose filler I had previously had, and used autologous costal cartilage from the middle of the bridge to the tip. Of course, I also had bulbous-nose correction, columellar correction, and lengthening done together. I can’t believe I already liked the line this much even while the splint was on.. haha The elegant, not overdone but naturally pretty shape and line I had imagined somehow felt like they implemented it in even more detail! Until the splint comes off, it’s uncomfortable and the rib area pulls a bit, but if I think of it as the price of getting a pretty nose, I can endure it lol
