Before surgery, my biggest worry was visibility. I saw so many posts saying slim people can see the implant outline Rippling was a concern too, and when I searched Motiva, one community member talked about a Motiva rice bowl shape, so that worried me even more, so I went with a different implant ㅇ.ㅇ On the day of surgery, everything was over quickly and before I knew it. After waking up, it felt tight and heavy, but not so much painful as just feeling very full. For the first week I could not lift my arms and sleeping was uncomfortable. There was some bruising and the upper part of my chest felt pulled, but it was manageable with medicine. The feel is also so natural that it does not feel like I had surgery even when touched. It feels like a man's own flesh, which is amazing. And after surgery, the fit of clothes is honestly amazing.. lol
