I had the surgery after a recommendation from someone I know. My breasts are still a bit firm, but the swelling and tissue softness seem to be loosening up well. I used the same thing as my acquaintance, and I liked that Director Fore paid close attention to aftercare and progress checks. When I was anxious after surgery, they were easy to reach even on weekends, and they also carefully did the taping and things like that themselves, so I felt they were really paying attention.
