While I was looking for a philtrum reduction, I learned that a YouTuber had a revision surgery at this hospital to cover the scar from philtrum reduction, so I went in for a consultation. At first the surgeon focused on my face and honestly told me where it was asymmetric and so on. That was when I felt they were professional. So I was planning to have it done here once my schedule became fixed, but... the person in charge of the hospital's chat line kept leaving my messages on read for one or two hours at a time. At first I thought they must be busy, but it kept happening and then I just completely lost the desire to go ahead... It was a scheduling issue, like I had consulted before and wanted to set the surgery date right away, but even so... I thought if they were like this after surgery too, it would be too frustrating, so I gave up on the idea.
