The manager was very kind. I understand they do not advertise at all, and I had wanted surgery for a bulbous nose, so while searching around I happened to see a blog post and went to check it out. They say they are famous for revision surgery... it seems like only people who know about them know to go there quietly. The director has a lot of experience and seemed very confident in their own skill. I do not know about aesthetics being bad or anything like that, but after I showed photos, they said they would do their best to match them. I am currently undergoing orthodontic treatment, so I probably will not have surgery right away. I saw a consultation review saying silicone was essential, but I was told it was possible without an implant. Still, there was a feeling that they recommended silicone because it would look better aesthetically. But they did not push it hard when I said I did not want it, and the manager was the same. If I later feel like I want surgery, I would go back and get a consultation again.
