The director was very confident, and my alar base was a bit drooped downward, so when alar base reduction is done, that area usually becomes more noticeable. During consultations at other hospitals, there were directors who did not really catch that point. Most of them seemed to be a bit younger and relatively less experienced in surgery. But Director Park Geon-uk noticed that point well and said he could definitely improve it, so I had the surgery. More than anything, the consultation coordinator? The manager? was also very kind, so I felt good too. Though I am not sure if it was the director's ambition, he kept recommending that I should also get nose surgery with it.. Since my nose had already been operated on once, he even said things like if I do not get a revision, it could cause complications later, so I thought that was a bit forced, but in the end the surgery went well! They also took good care of me afterward, so I did not even end up with a scar. Still, for alar base reduction, it was a bit expensive.
