I already had reduction surgery, and I was glad I didn’t get the headaches or hair loss symptoms I was most worried about! (I have little hair and thin strands..) It’s been almost 2 months since the surgery, and the incision area is still red and dark in color, but I think it will gradually fade. After reduction surgery, you don’t necessarily look like a completely different person or become dramatically prettier. (I do cover the incision area with baby hairs when I go out, but no one has noticed that my face looks different.) Still, in my case, I’m really relieved that I didn’t get hair loss.. (Temporary hair loss or headaches are common symptoms, so it really can vary from person to person..!)
