As the title says, it has been 2 days since I had 2 types of contouring surgery, and my runny nose and phlegm were so annoying that yesterday I blew my nose for quite a long time, although not very forcefully, and also tried to clear the phlegm. This morning too I kept trying to spit out the phlegm, but then I remembered I had heard that spitting out phlegm is not good, so I just swallowed it. There should not be any big problem, right? T_T Everyone, please help save a person and reply!
