First of all, I do really like it, but I was born with a barrel chest, so that could not really be fixed. I just asked for them to make it as big as possible, so I had 425 cc on the right and 400 cc on the left, and I got Mentor implants!! The projection is good, and apart from feeling a bit strange when I exercise my arms, it is okay, but I made it too big and now my round shoulders have gotten worse So honestly, I want to take them out... There are just too many uncomfortable things! I absolutely do not recommend telling people to go bigger no matter what. Even when I wear clothes, everything looks bulky;;;
