It’s finally exactly 14 days, the start of week 2, since I had breast surgery! Before surgery, if I wore a tank top in summer, the front and back looked exactly the same, so I had a body that looked like an elementary school student, haha. My clothes never looked flattering, so I was always stressed, but today I put on a tank top, looked in the mirror, and almost screamed... When I compared it with the before photos, the fit was completely different, completely!!! T_T I originally had very little breast tissue (not much to work with...), so before surgery I kept telling the director I was worried it might look too artificial or end up sitting too high and tight like a rice bowl. I’m really glad I decided on Mentor Extra as the director recommended. T_T!!! The pain definitely started to become manageable after a little over a week, and now at week 2 there’s no issue at all with daily life except for a slight heaviness. It’s still week 2, so because of the swelling it doesn’t feel completely soft yet, but the outer skin is getting smoother day by day, and I’m already moved by that. The director said that as time passes and the tissue loosens more, it’ll become much more natural, and I’m looking forward to that. I guess people all go through breast surgery while putting up with the cost and pain because of that. T_T
