I had three contouring procedures, cheekbone + square jaw + chin, at 1 Percent! I was worried because I thought I would be in a lot of pain right after surgery, but the drain never filled up and the nurses were so kind and attentive that I was really grateful. From the start, the swelling and bruising were not severe, so I was able to wear a mask and resume daily life the next day! I still have some numbness under one cheekbone and around the jaw, but I think sensation is gradually coming back. When I make facial expressions, I can see a slight left-right asymmetry in my lips, so I was very worried, but they told me it would improve a lot by 2 to 3 months, so I trust that and am waiting!! Even at one month, the swelling has gone down a lot, and I keep hearing that my face looks smaller and prettier!! People are already telling me I look prettier at one month, so I think I made the right decision to get the surgery.
