I developed a step in my nose and was stressed about it for about two years. Then I found out that only the step could be corrected, so I went in. After the consultation, they said it could be done simply with a closed approach, so I proceeded right away. The pain was milder, and as time passed and the swelling went down, it has been looking more natural.
