Honestly, if any of you are considering this place, please think carefully starting from the consultation stage. I had an in-person consultation here, and later I even called the consultation manager because I had more questions about virtual surgery. But when I asked a few questions, I got a very obvious sigh in response, and the explanations felt careless, so I was quite taken aback. Surgery is not cheap, and it involves your face, so I do not think it is strange to ask questions. From the patient's perspective, it has to be a very sensitive and careful decision. I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe I was being too sensitive, but after I posted a related question on the cafe, the post was deleted. More recently, I left a comment saying "I had a similar experience" on another person's post about a similar experience, and I was just kicked out. In the end, what I felt was that they only want good stories left up and try to block uncomfortable experiences. Some people choose hospitals based only on skill, but I think the consultation process and communication are also really important. Especially if you ask a lot of questions or are the type to check everything carefully, it may be even more stressful. Personally, I do not plan to go through with anything here again. I do not know if it is the hospital's policy or just the consultation room acting on its own, but it was not a good experience.
