First of all, the facility was nice, and the manager was extremely kind. The director also had a very calm way of speaking, and I liked that she did not interrupt what the customer was saying or use that annoying doctor-style tone of, "You probably do not know, so I am right." I could feel that she was willing to match the design I wanted quite a lot... Separately, when I looked it up later, Director [Doctor A] had a decent number of reviews and some years of experience, but Director [Doctor B], whom I consulted with, had very few reviews and no prior career history listed, so from a trust standpoint I felt a little unsure. The consultation was extremely long and detailed, even among the hospitals I had visited so far, and they actually touched and checked my nose and eyes directly. There is CCTV, and if you want, a guardian can watch the surgery process on CCTV, and they said you can also receive the video. That part was really good. One thing that bothered me was that I cannot say there was no reservation pressure. The manager did not change her attitude when I said I would not make a reservation, but she kept mentioning it several times and kept emphasizing that if you reserve, you get a certain percentage discount and there is no downside. They say the deposit is 100 percent refundable up to 4 days before surgery, so there is actually no real damage, but just a heads-up. For reference, there is a consultation fee of 10,000 won, and if the deposit is later refunded, the consultation fee is also refunded.
