It had been a long time since I had a revision surgery because of inflammation, and when I got surgery from someone who is good at surgery, I really understood what people mean when they say there is no swelling or bruising. They did not force the height too much, so when I felt the nasal tip was lacking, they told me to wait until my nose softened more and then do only the tip again in a few years, so I redid only the tip two years ago. Everyone thought it was just naturally pretty and did not realize I had had nose surgery. If you want a noticeable, current-style rib cartilage nose, I do not think it would suit my aesthetic taste. They designed it in a way that could be called naturally beautiful, so I am personally very satisfied.
