[Clinic A] review

I had heard the director was cynical, but in person he consulted with me almost like I was his daughter. The fact that he immediately understood my problem just by touching my nose made me feel that he really had done a lot of surgeries. Above all, my nose is really small. The columella is short, and so are the nostrils and the alar base, so he told me in advance that he would not be able to raise it much and that if he raised it too much, there would be a high risk of showing through. There would not be a dramatic change, but he said it would improve compared with before, and I found that more appealing than a place that would just say yes to everything, so I chose it. I like my nose shape, but there was just a slight hump in the side profile, so I think it fit my needs. The only disappointing thing is that this is my first surgery and I am not using an implant, yet it is way too expensive lol
