I have a wide nose and my nose was low, so from the front my nose felt compressed. I wanted a straight yet refined line, but I was worried it might become too much, and I really hated noses that look obviously operated on.. At the consultation, they explained that my nasal bone was relatively wide, which made the bulbous tip look worse. They also said the tip was low, so the whole nose lacked three-dimensionality, and they showed me how to achieve a natural yet refined look. They also showed me photos of similar cases, which helped me judge it quite a bit.
