3-month update on Sway Mentor Extra

[3-month breast surgery review][Stats] Height 164 cm, weight 50 kg +2 kg, chest circumference 63 cm, breast pocket 11.3 Mentor Extra left 270 right 295, inframammary incision, + inverted nipple correction It’s already been 3 months! This time I went to the linked hospital first for an ultrasound, and thankfully they said there were no special findings. It feels a little disappointing that I can’t get an ultrasound right at the hospital where I had surgery, though I think I’ll need to make time later and have ultrasounds done regularly. I went straight from the ultrasound to a follow-up with the surgeon. Now I can lie on my stomach, and they said I don’t have to wear a bra when sleeping anymore!! They said if I feel the implant moving, then I should put the bra back on and sleep with it. The no-bra rule only applies when sleeping; they said I must absolutely wear it normally during the day, and that just wearing a cami with cups is not okay at all They said the scar looks quite clean! And because it was summer, the lace on my Dorothy bra showed through, so I bought a Comf Lab lift-up bra and took it with me... As soon as they saw it, they said it was their most disliked bra lol Even so, they told me to try it on, and luckily my underband doesn’t float up too much, so it was okay to wear, but they adjusted the shoulder straps very short and said it needs to be this short to hold the breasts in place at least somewhat. Still, they said the Comf Lab bra should only be worn when I want to be comfortable! I thought it was a bra that held things up pretty well, but I guess from the doctor's perspective it wasn't... And I also bought the Aimerfeel no-wire Bimune and brought it with me! I tried it on at the store the day before and bought size 65D, and they said the size fit well. For reference, the Dorothy bra I got from the hospital was 70D. But I hadn’t been separately told that I needed to bring the Aimerfeel Bimune, so after reading reviews and seeing that everyone seemed to buy it around the 3-month mark, I contacted the coordinator first and asked If anyone else is going in for a follow-up like me, check in advance whether you’ll need Bimune around the 3-month mark! In any case, the ultrasound showed no issues and the progress was good, so I was relieved, and above all I’m so happy that I no longer have to wear a bra when sleeping
