Nose Surgery Reviews

2 months after revision rhinoplasty + nasolabial angle correction + alar lift + autologous dermis + autologous rib cartilage

It has already been 2 months since my revision rhinoplasty! Compared with the 1-month mark, the swelling has gone down so much that my nose feels much slimmer and more refined overall.

Before, when I woke up in the morning, I used to worry about swelling, but these days even if I eat ramen and go to sleep, my face line still looks pretty, so I am very satisfied lol.

People around me keep saying the swelling in my nose has really gone down a lot, that the revision rhinoplasty turned out so well, and asking which hospital I went to.

Thanks to that, I find myself thinking every time I look in the mirror these days that I am glad I had the surgery.

I am taking swelling care consistently without overdoing it. I have also been drinking pumpkin juice, and about 2 to 3 times a week I put a cooled pack on for around 10 minutes.

I also do light walks for about 20 to 30 minutes to help recovery.

Most of all, the part I am happiest with in this revision rhinoplasty is the nasolabial angle correction and the columella line. Before, the tip of my nose was blunt and the nostrils were very visible from the front, which was my biggest stress point. After the nasolabial angle correction, the three-dimensional look came back and the columella line was naturally refined, so I think my impression became much more sophisticated.

Especially, the tip line was expressed exactly in the refined style I wanted, so my satisfaction is very high. From the front, nostril exposure has improved a lot, and from the side, the nasolabial angle settled naturally, so I think the overall balance of my face looks much better.

They say there is still a bit of residual swelling, so I am looking forward to seeing it become even more natural and pretty from here on out.

If you are considering revision rhinoplasty, I think it would be a good idea to consult about the importance of nasolabial angle correction and the columella line as well!
