1. The nose is long and the tip droops, so from the side it looks saggy. 2. The nostrils are also somewhat wide, so the whole face looks cramped. 3. When photographed, the nose looks long. 4. While looking for a place that could satisfy my need for a round, natural-looking nose tip, I had a consultation at Mighty Plastic Surgery.
The director looked at both the nose length and the drooping tip together and explained how far it should be corrected to keep it natural, and that really seemed to match my needs exactly.
They said it would look awkward if they made it too short and that they would adjust it to fit my facial proportions, which I thought was good.
After surgery, the nose tip lifted into a round shape, and wow, it looks so natural lol. Once the long-nose feeling was tidied up, it no longer looked droopy from the side, and the tip came out beautifully lolol. I am also in orthodontic treatment right now, and the dental clinic said my upper lip would move in more than it is now, so I said I wanted surgery with that in mind, and I think all of my needs were reflected well lol.
