My first surgery failed, so... the tip of my nose kept seeming to rise more and more, and it felt like I had ended up with a turned-up nose, which was honestly incredibly stressful... but I got the nose I wanted on the second try. Director Kim Hyun-woo at One Try Plastic Surgery looked at my nasal structure and explained so clearly, in a way that really stuck, why it looked lifted and what direction the correction needed to go in to get a definite frontal effect!!! When I said I did not want implants put back in, he recommended autologous costal cartilage with no implant for the bridge and tip. Since only my own tissue was used, I felt less worried about side effects, and he gave me confidence that he could create a glamorous line that was still natural and refined, so I trusted him and had the surgery!!! The result is very satisfying!! The tip of my nose now comes down naturally and neatly, and the amount of nostril show has gone down a lot! At the same time, it did not become too long or turn into a witch nose, and it became exactly the slim, three-dimensional tip line I wanted... Since it was no-implant, they said the line came out smoothly and nicely. Now I have fewer things to correct when taking selfies, and I am so happy!! These days, even strangers tell me my nose is pretty and ask where I had it done, so it feels worth the money haha. If anyone is thinking about revision surgery because of a turned-up nose or a short nose, I would definitely recommend One Try... haha They really do turned-up nose correction naturally well!
