Nose Surgery Reviews

4 months after escaping a male bulbous nose

The eyes were done with incision, so there was quite a bit of swelling at first, but after 3 months they had clearly settled into the thin in-out double-eyelid look I originally asked the doctor for. The redness at the front canthus area has also faded a lot, so unless you look closely, it is now almost unnoticeable haha I raised the nose fairly high, to about 5.5 mm, with Innofit. The bridge swelling went down a long time ago, so now it feels really well-adhered, almost like it is part of my own bone! The tip, though, used autologous costal cartilage, and since bulbous-nose correction was done at the same time, it is still firm to the touch and there is a little residual swelling. Even so, compared with one or two months after surgery, it has clearly become slimmer, and the redness around the incision scar under the nose has also faded a lot. Even up to the 1- to 2-month mark, there was still residual swelling, so people around me could immediately tell I had had surgery, but as I entered the 3-month stage and the swelling went down, it became more natural and the reactions changed a lot. Friends I had not seen in a while do not really know I had plastic surgery and often ask whether I lost weight or whether my features became more distinct! Friends who do know I had surgery also look at the current line and compliment that it turned out masculine and three-dimensional. Before surgery, my forehead and mouth projected quite a bit, so the nose looked especially sunken and the complex was really severe T_T Now that the bridge is higher, the overall facial balance is just right. Even in side-profile photos taken by other people, I no longer get those humiliating shots like before, so this is what I am most satisfied with! Also, thanks to the eye-opening correction, I no longer have the habit of opening my eyes using my forehead, so the eye fatigue is gone, which is really nice haha There is still a little residual swelling at the nose tip, so I probably need to wait a bit longer for it to fully go down, but even with the current state alone, my complex has been neatly resolved, so I am living quite satisfied haha
