After dissolving the filler, the nasal tip collapsed. I had originally kept the tip lifted with filler, but once it was dissolved, it immediately dropped. On top of that, I also had a long columella, so it did not look good Using donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage, they rebuilt the nasal tip, and they also did alar base lowering and a skin graft at the same time. At It’s B, they looked at the collapsed nasal tip and said they needed to create a structure that could support it first, and it seems that was right You can see the long columella has gotten smaller, and knowing that the tip is not drooping makes me feel relieved. When I was relying on filler, I was always anxious I wish I had just had surgery instead of filler from the start..
