Nose Surgery Reviews

Feels like I got younger after surgery at Wanabe for a long nose tip!

If you look at the side line in the before-surgery photos, I think you’ll clearly see the difference. I wasn’t very dissatisfied with the height of my nose itself, but I really didn’t like how much the tip dropped, and my midface also looked long. I suddenly got the urge while working at the company, so I went straight to Wanabe for a consultation since it wasn’t far away. It was also near my workplace, and I had heard from coworkers that Wanabe is good at noses, so I bookmarked it. I guess I had the motivation to do it someday. I consulted with Director Cha Myung-gyu, and when I told him the issues I felt, he said that if we raised the starting point of the nose a bit and corrected the tip by lifting it slightly instead of making it too artificial, the line I wanted would come out. I had never even thought about the starting point of the nose line, so I thought catching that kind of detail is what a specialist does. On CT, he said my septum was small, so we used donated costal cartilage, and I think that turned out well because I probably won’t have to worry about future drooping. After surgery, the side line is definitely prettier and the midface looks shorter, so people around me often say I look younger. I went ahead because I got inspired, and I really think it was the right decision to have the surgery.
