At the end of July last year, I had repeat revision nose surgery from Director Na Minhwa at Yerom Plastic Surgery. My nose was low and bulbous, and after surgery I was bothered by a pinched-looking tip, a nose tip that looked awkward even from the front, and a side profile that did not look natural, so I came in for a consultation. I had my first and second surgeries at one other hospital. I went there because I was worried about my low bridge and bulbous nose, but they did not examine my nose condition in detail, and because it was a factory-like clinic (and because I was naive the first time and did not recognize it well...), when I looked at my nose before surgery, even though it had already been revised once, the tip had sunk down and the bridge was quite high in a way that did not suit my face. So when I took photos, I hated being photographed from the side so much. (In fact, I only learned through consultation here that silicone had been inserted too high for my face.) Since it kept bothering me, I came in thinking this would be my last try and planned to just have a consultation once more, but as soon as they saw my nose, they understood its condition, and they clearly addressed the concerns I could not put into words. My aesthetic goal was a nose that would be 'natural as if I had not had surgery, yet cute with a round tip rather than a pointed, sharp tip.' But instead of recommending a tall, carved-looking nose like a factory clinic, they carefully assessed my condition one by one and explained so well what height would look natural and how the surgery should be done to make a nose look natural and pretty that I booked the surgery date immediately without even looking elsewhere. My nose skin itself is very thick, and because of the previous revision, the tissue was already quite thick, almost like scar tissue, so they said it would take a long time for the swelling to go down, and I worried about what would happen if the result was bad. The photos below are from before surgery and at 10 months after surgery. Even though the swelling has not fully gone down yet, the side line of my nose has become much more natural compared with before, and especially!! the appearance of a pinched tip is gone, so it looks satisfying both from the front and from the side.
