Nose Surgery Reviews

Low bridge, bulbous nose

This is a nose that has already undergone revision surgery three times (the first two times with silicone, and the last surgery removed all the silicone and left only the tip cartilage). I want to stop using silicone and raise only the glabella area with autologous costal cartilage, but after a consultation at [Clinic A], they recommended revision surgery with silicone rather than cartilage because the midsection of my nose has thick skin and is hard to shape. Honestly, when I look at the review photos from [Clinic A], the noses seem unnaturally thin and high, so I didn't really like them. Does anyone have hospital recommendations for facilities that are good with donated costal cartilage? The last one was my old nose built up with silicone. It was too big and burdensome, so I had it removed, but the glabella looked really good.
