It has been over 6 months since I had my nose revision at Mighty. 10 years ago, I had the tip of my nose done with septal cartilage, but as time passed the tip completely dropped. No overreaching design, safety first The hospital that matched these criteria the best was Mighty. I originally had a reservation at another hospital, but after consulting here, I could not get part of my deposit back, so I canceled that reservation and ultimately decided on Mighty. In the end, the surgery really turned out clean and well done! They tailored the surgery to fit my needs as much as possible within what was feasible for my nose. The autologous costal cartilage scar has faded a lot after about 6 months, and I think the residual swelling has finally gone down too.
