I used to worry a lot about my long nose and bulbous nose tip. My nasal tip also drooped, and my overall impression felt heavy, so I got rhinoplasty. Before surgery, I consulted at several places, and I ultimately had it done at [Clinic A] because I liked the consultation and, especially, the post-op nasal line the most there. I had it done without an implant, using the septal cartilage and ear cartilage. After surgery, the only discomfort I really had was the packing. I used to swell a lot, but as time passed the major swelling went down, and the line settled naturally. A lot of the parts I thought were my weak points were improved. I wanted a refined straight nose, and they gave me the line I wanted, so I am satisfied. I also recommend it a lot to acquaintances who are worried about nose surgery, and I hear often that my nose turned out well. If you are a man considering where to get nose surgery, I recommend it.
