As soon as I arrived, I had a CT scan and a consultation. While looking at the CT images, they explained in great detail whether I should also have functional nasal surgery and what shape my nose is currently in, which I appreciated. They did not just talk about the surgery itself; they explained why they were making each judgment, which made it easier to understand. I do not know whether other clinics are the same, but instead of just poking around with a cotton swab or something similar, they actually touched my nose shape and skin condition with their hands and examined it directly. That made it feel even more thorough. During the consultation I asked a lot of questions, and they answered each one without showing any annoyance, which I liked. They seemed to prefer a very natural nose, which suited me well. Rather than making it too high or obvious, they explained things in a way that would match my original face, and that built trust. Before going to the consultation, I recommend organizing clearly what you want and what style you prefer. That way, the consultation will probably be much more specific.
