I did not like that the bridge started high and the bulbous nose dropped in a straight line. One thing I was satisfied with was that the doctor clearly told me exactly up to which point was possible and which parts were not, so I trusted them more. It was good that they communicated precisely about what was possible and impossible, and went through each position one by one while looking at the nose photos, and told me exactly what shape they would make. The hospitals I had gone to before often gave vague explanations and said things would be done, which is why. Also, the doctor had a straightforward personality and was kind, and they drew the before and after directly in Photoshop, so it was easy to understand whether it would suit me or not. The staff were kind too.
