Waiting time: About 10 minutes..? It was not very long. Consultation: The consultation went in the order manager, doctor, manager. The manager consultation happened first on the second floor, then I went down to the first floor for the doctor consultation, and then had another manager consultation in the room next door. It was very unusual. The director explained well what kind of eye shape I have and how much could be lowered if it was lowered. He did not push any unnecessary options at all, and explained well what risks there are with double-fold removal, at what percentage, and how the surgery would be done. During the later manager consultation too, they listened to all my questions and explained everything well, so that was really good. In terms of kindness, this place seems the best.
