You cannot choose the director, but maybe I was lucky? Both of my two visits seemed to be with the head director (though honestly I do not know if that was really the case, but I assume he was a middle-aged or older man). I heard the head director gives injections well, and that seems true because the injections hurt less and everything felt fast and efficient. I hope I can see him again next time.
