The surgeon's style is refreshing, honestly. That is why I went for a consultation, but my eyes themselves are extremely challenging, so there were limits. It did not feel like a place specialized in reconstruction or restoration. If it had been my first surgery, I think I would have done it here. But... since I do not have medical knowledge, I think they were trying to explain things in an easy way, but when they explained the surgical method, they kept pulling everything upward, and I was inwardly shocked. My eyes are indeed not ones where you can expect much... and they did say that they would not actually make it that way, that it was just one example, but I was scared, so it was hard to shake the thought of, what if it ends up like that? Everyone, be careful with surgery. If you get a revision surgery, it can turn out like this, just like me. But it was funny too. Both the consultant and I burst out laughing. They seem honest, refreshing, and confident. If it had really been my first surgery, it would have been near the top of my list, but since it was a revision...
