I had bulbous-tip surgery a couple of years ago, and after the surgery my nostrils did get smaller, but it still feels a bit like a bulbous tip, so I'm looking into revision surgery.. but I don't really want to go back to the same hospital.. Any recommendations for doctors who are good at bulbous-tip revision nose surgery? I previously had donated rib cartilage used, so I think I may need autologous costal cartilage this time. I'm also curious about how Rowel Topcl's revision surgery is!
