No consultation fee Consultation took about 40 minutes Only InBody (no ultrasound, no pinch test) Additional fee for arm thickness in inches (came out to 15.5 inches) The surprising part was that I did not meet the doctor and only talked with the counselor (to put it bluntly, she had more of an older-sister vibe) and then it was over. The person who had surgery before me was talking loudly in the lobby about aftercare and other things, so I wondered if this was just how they usually are.. Overall, the staff and the clinic felt noisy and chaotic; it did not feel luxurious. Although it is in Apgujeong, the lobby and overall scale are somewhat small, and even the changing room is separated only by curtains. The estimate was 3.5 million for 360-degree arms, armpits, accessory breast tissue, and the back bulge, but if you write a review, they reduce it to 2.8 million. If I had booked on the same day, it might have gone down to 2.5 million as well (VAT separate, of course) When I asked whether they could do 2.5 million, they gave me a kind of dead-eyed look and said something like, if we make it 2.5 million, would you book and go today? and gave me a somewhat contemptuous look. It was my first time being consulted by someone like that, so I was taken aback. When I mentioned the money side and that I had appointments at other clinics afterward, you could see them suddenly go cold. When I asked them to send the estimate by KakaoTalk, they said, "Just remember this amount." When I insisted they send it, they said they would send it when I messaged them on KakaoTalk. Even after that, there was no guidance to the changing room or goodbye when leaving after the consultation. It felt strange to make a reservation just from the counselor and photos of the line without even meeting the doctor.. The counselor did not seem professional at all. The doctor used to be famous for legs, then became famous for arms too, and now is said to be famous for love handles. = In other words, the doctor is good at everything. I went for arms, but they showed me legs and abdomen first, so I was thinking, ah... I want to see only arms. The review photos showed good contours, but there were a few times when they did not answer my prepared questions properly or did not seem to know well. They kept emphasizing the importance of the compression garment, and when I asked about the wearing period, they said it should be worn continuously for six months. This was the first place that told me to wear a compression garment for that long, and it made me wonder how much they had to tear around inside with the machine to keep insisting on the garment so much.. The incision areas were six in total: front and back of the armpit, and around the elbow. I asked whether they use a skin protector, and at first they did not know, but once I explained it, they said, "Ah, that one, yes, we use it." They said they use both machine and handmade methods, and use micro cannula and small cannula sizes, but when I asked about the incision size, they said it was about 0.5 mm. Overall, it felt like they did not know the details about the surgery very well.
