I had said before that I was disappointed with my nose surgery, but now that a lot of time has passed, it feels like this was the best possible option. I wrote a long rambling post, but if you like natural results and have a conservative, safety-oriented mindset, I think this is the right place to do it. It is not about having unrealistically high expectations, but the improvement is definitely there.
