I only want to do cartilage repositioning while removing the implant, and because my original nose bridge is high, I want to leave as little as possible on the nose... My ideal is a short, low, cute, round nose. Could anyone recommend a clinic here with a similar aesthetic? I’m seriously, desperately desperate. Over the past 3 years, because of my nose, I feel like I’ve taken 100,000 photos... sigh
