If you want an operation without an implant, it is better to go to a place that says it can be done without one. I know someone nearby who wanted surgery without an implant, but they went with an implant, had it removed, and then needed revision surgery. If you are certain about exactly what you want, I think that is the answer, and when you talk with the surgeon, it is important to make that clear. I also had revision rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]. The more you keep touching the nose, the longer recovery takes and the harder it becomes to shape the result. Some people say eye surgery has a maximum of four times, and the same is probably true for the nose... Let’s be careful when we do it once. lol
