I wiped it gently with a cotton swab, but nothing came out except mucus, so I do not think it is a scab, but the area is exactly one where cartilage often protrudes, so I am worried. The clinic I had surgery at acted so annoyed when I asked a few questions that I do not even want to ask anymore... Does it look like cartilage to you everyone? Sigh, I am upset.
