I know that removing the septal support and taking everything out is what counts as removal, but if other people put MegaDerm into the bridge and another area, and AlloDerm into the tip, could that still be considered full removal? Then if they use costal cartilage as a support, that would count as revision surgery... It means putting something back inside the nose, so does that still count as full removal
