I had inner and outer canthoplasty performed by the director. I had already had double-eyelid surgery about 10 years ago, so I already had a crease. My eyes were uneven, but with the inner canthoplasty they matched the lengths of both eyes perfectly. While the swelling was there, my eyes seemed a little too close together, but once everything settled, it looked just right, and the problem of my eyes looking uneven in photos was completely resolved. After the outer canthoplasty, I had eye irritation for about a month or two, but once I got used to it, I even forgot I had done it. It just feels like my own eyes now, and when I look at photos, the eyes open more naturally than before, so I am satisfied.
