Writing down what I felt after getting a consultation.
The director seemed confident, and during the consultation he showed me photos of cases with surgical methods similar to mine and so on, but it felt like I was being given an explanation? I did not put much weight on wanting something flashy or shaping the look from the start~ So he explained things like the shape of my nose. But the surgery cost was higher than I expected, so I was taken aback;; Even if there are parts covered by indemnity insurance, when you consider the original total cost, it is huge, and I think the method he recommended was also more expensive. Looking at consultation reviews now, it does seem like the director’s approach is definitely similar. Using cartilage at the nasal tip to raise it (the recommendation may differ by person, such as ear cartilage, costal cartilage, or silicone), shaving the hump, and raising the nasal bridge with donated dermis (to cover the hump) seem to be his usual method. As for aftercare or AS, apart from the rules, it seems like he tries to keep providing service.
