They recommended using fat-dissolving injections on the bulging area caused by the lower eyelid fat grafting to flatten it out, and if that still does not help, then revision surgery. 3. ㄹㅇㄹ They said that even though the lower eyelid fat was removed, redistribution could still be done using the grafted fat.
