I had had nose surgery before, but as time passed, the dorsal hump gradually came back up and the tip of my nose lifted, so I ended up with a snub nose where my nostrils were clearly visible From the front, my nostrils showed too much, and because of my alar base, my nose looked big overall, so every time I looked in the mirror it stressed me out. In the end, after a long time, I decided to go ahead with revision surgery. Since it was a revision, I consulted at about four places, and the one I liked the most was Highend. Director Im Ji-hong explained in detail why my nose had lifted and how it would be best to improve it, and suggested doing both columella lengthening and nasolabial angle correction together. I felt like I could trust him with my nose! I wanted autologous costal cartilage as the material, and we decided to use autologous costal cartilage for both the bridge and the tip, and to tidy up the snub nose neatly. After the revision surgery, the most immediate thing I noticed was that the snub nose and the hump were improved at once, and I liked how slim the tip became. Before, even though the tip was lifted, the bridge itself was low, so it didn’t give the feeling of a high nose, but now the bridge has been raised so it looks like a stylish nose to anyone who sees it~~ People around me also said the revision came out really well. By the time contracture started getting worse and I was looking into revision surgery, I was regretting why I had even had nose surgery and worrying a lot, but I’m so glad I got the revision. I’m very satisfied and my quality of life has improved. If there are people struggling because of contracture like I was, please at least get a consultation!
