Hello, this is B&Y Clinic ♡ 1. Cobalt tip using one ear 2. Nasal bridge silicone (line refinement, contour + height correction, expected 2 mm ※ the final height is decided on the day during surgery) They said the price would be reduced by 100-150 if I agreed to share photos. That was the consultation result I received, and they said the surgery would be done closed, and that even if silicone were used for the nasal tip, it would still be inserted through an internal nasal incision (closed approach). They also said that because the surgery is performed in the dermis layer rather than just beneath the skin, there is not much need to worry about showing through. But I do not fully trust it. Why? Because the woman who consulted me before I met the doctor... I do not know whether she had not looked at my nose or whether she lacked expertise, but she talked as if my nose needed to be corrected from scratch. She kept talking about silicone only, not autologous cartilage... Even as a cosmetic surgery beginner, I thought, what kind of consultation is this? She gave me an overly aggressive surgical estimate. My nose is small, so I only felt a little dissatisfied with the height, but I was otherwise satisfied with the shape itself, so I was even more confused. Then I met the doctor right after, and the doctor said the shape of my nose did not need to be touched at all, and that I only needed to raise it by about 2 mm, just a little from the current state... Of course, this cut the price in half compared with what the first consultant mentioned... So I felt a bit... speechless, and I no longer wanted the surgery. I had gone in looking into Cobalt tip because I did not want a major procedure, but even though they said it would be closed, they said silicone had to be inserted... so I decided not to have the surgery. If all I need is to raise it by just a few millimeters, I also wondered why I would even do nose surgery... and I simply did not want silicone. My skin is thin, so I was worried about showing through... I really hate looking obviously operated on. My ideal is not a flashy nose.
